It is important to us that you, our customer, are completely satisfied with each book you purchase from us. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return books by bringing or shipping them back to the store for a full refund. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
Please note:
- Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, salable condition. Please note, we do not take returns of used books.
- 'Sale' items are non-returnable
- Store credit will be provided for all returned items. On request, refunds will be provided in the same tender or to the same credit card used in the original purchase, and only if accompanied by the original QABC sales receipt.
- Return shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an incorrect book was shipped or the book arrived damaged. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
